Pierre Fournet

President Founder
Pierre has 25 years’ consulting experience in Supply Chain and Information Systems. In 2016, he founded LEON with the conviction that e-business transforms logistics in depth. On one hand, his role is to advise its customers on their Supply Chain strategy and organisation. On the other hand, he manages projects in the different areas of expertise of the firm.
Pierre previously worked in Supply Chain consulting firm as Diagma, Hughenden, Möbius, Weave, and in software companies as Acteos, Azap, Ortems, Microsoft and Viewlocity.
Pierre holds a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) degree from APICS and a Master’s degree in Management from IAE Lyon III.

Richard Viot-Coster

Supply Chain Expert
Richard has 15 years of experience in logistics, Supply Chain and Information Systems. Richard has built his expertise within consulting firms in Supply Chain but also in the management of start-up operations. He thus combines height of view and pragmatism in the missions he conducts.
Richard is an engineer graduated from the University of Technology of Compiègne.

Bertrand Colson

Logistics and industrial real estate expert
Bertrand COLSON has 30 years of expertise in industrial food and logistics buildings and related equipment: refrigeration systems, air conditioning, storage equipment. His professional experience has led him to get involved in various real estate projects: temperature-controlled logistics, plant extensions or refurbishments, distribution platforms, brownfield redevelopment, etc. It has also developed a real estate asset management tool to establish a building health record and a provisional maintenance plan.
Bertrand is an engineer from Polytech Lille, a graduate of the Institut de l’Expertise de Paris, a building expert approved by the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Immobiliers (CNEI), and a justice expert at the Versailles Court of Appeal.

Vincent Rocher

Architect DPLG
Architect of major contractors, including METRO for more than 20 years, Vincent has designed and managed the construction sites of a network of 90 warehouses as well as many other commercial buildings.
He brings his know-how in the study of logistics platforms and the design of innovative buildings mixing tertiary activities and logistics.
Vincent is graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture in PARIS – QUAI MALAQUAIS and completed his training at the School of Architecture of VERSAILLES.

Jean-Luc Jarrin

Supply Chain Expert
Graduated from HEC school, Jean-Luc has 20 years of experience in Executive Committees of international companies (Sephora, Nestlé, Andros, Intermarché) in which he demonstrated the added value of the Supply Chain. He also has been director of interbranch working groups (ESR, GS1, …) for 15 years.
Jean-Luc is a pioneer of urban logistics, in particular with the implementation of the electric vehicles delivery model in Sephora’s stores.
Lastly, he is known as an expert in implementing collaborative solutions, in-house or between merchants and manufacturers like S&OP or VMI.

Jacques Fougerousse

Supply Chain and Manufacturing Expert
Jacques is more than 25 years’ experience old :
• As International Supply-Chain Director & COO in retail and industrial multinational companies (Hachette – Goodyear Dunlop – BaByliss – Showroomprive.com…).
• In consulting activities as Principal for Ernst & Young.
Jacques is specialized in :
• Definition of Logistics and Industrial strategies & sizing of operating sites (warehouses, logistics platforms, production workshops).
• Complexes projects management driving change management (including technical, IT, HR, Environment and legal constraints).
Education :
• ENSAM (Arts et Métiers Paritech) : Engineer.
• ISLI (Kedge Business School): Master (Supply-Chain Management).
• ESSEC : Master (General Management).

Daniel Maruzzo

Human Capital Development Expert
Daniel capitalizes on his double experience, first in Industrial Management in food business (Procter & Gamble, Cadbury-Schweppes) and retail sector, then in the Executive Management in large-scale distribution (Groupe Schiever, Système U Est).
In addition to his expertise in industrial processes and logistics flows, Daniel is specialised in Change Management and assists Managers and their team in the implementation of transformation plans inside the company.
Daniel is a civil engineer graduated from l’Ecole des Mines, he is a professional coach RNCP-certified, PNL practitioner, coach certified in Process Communication Model.
Daniel is certified on Saville Management’s “Wave” tools (“styles and professional roles” by Saville Management).

Christophe Durand

Supply Chain Industry and Health Expert
Christophe likes to approach very diverse cultures, and works mainly in industry and health (hospitals).
He has been employed in aeronautics, which is his original passion (CNES, LATECOERE, Airbus) in all Operations activities, and has been a consultant and trainer since 2004.
He likes cross-functional approaches (Quality, Supply Chain, IS) requiring a shared global vision, win-win collaboration between several entities and involvement in the field. It combines listening to the issues in the field, pragmatic continuous improvement (no massive deployment of tools ), and taking into account long-term objectives to ensure sustainability.
With the training, he likes to pass on his field experience and make the concepts simple and affordable for everyone.
Christophe is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale with a major in Air and Space, CPIM and Supply Chain Master.
